Although the product placement opportunities are there for hotels, airlines, and other travel industry-based businesses, I hadn’t yet realized the applications for high-end leisure travelers. As Honolulu is a rich travel destination, this is ripe for development. The film as it is now is also under development into a full feature.
The story concerns three sets of characters who, under various circumstances, are experiencing crises while in a place that bills itself as “paradise” — and the paradise they eventually find, in the end, is not of the brand advertised in tourist brochures.
