Immersive Entertainment Takes a Hit


In 2011, L.A.-based Fourth Wall Entertainment raised $15 million to launch “a new form of storytelling,” which combined alternate reality gaming (ARG) with digital media and elements in the real world. As of November 28 last year, it had laid off most of its staff, as financing for new content ground to a halt.
